End-User License Agreement (EULA) of Connect²Treat

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Connect²Treat ApS

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Connect²Treat software ("Software") directly from Connect²Treat ApS or indirectly through a Connect²Treat ApS authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Connect²Treat software. It provides a license to use the Connect²Treat software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Connect²Treat software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.

This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by Connect²Treat ApS herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any Connect²Treat ApS updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.

Your content

All content or data that you post on or submit to the Licensed Application (“User Content”) must comply with all intellectual property laws. All User Content is the sole responsibility of the person by whom the User Content was posted. This means that you, and not Connect²Treat ApS, are solely responsible for all User Content that you upload, post, transmit, submit or otherwise make available through the Licensed Application.

Connect²Treat ApS does not control the User Content posted on or submitted via the Licensed Application and, therefore, Connect²Treat ApS does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such User Content. When you post or submit User Content through the Licensed Application, you represent and warrant that (i) you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User Content that you post; (ii) use of the User Content you supply does not violate this policy; (iii) the User Content does not infringe any intellectual property or other rights of any third party and does not violate any applicable laws or regulation; and (iv) the User Content will not cause injury to any person or entity.

You also agree that you will not: (1) post any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; or (2) impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, any of Connect²Treat ApS's employees, company officials, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives or users, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. Without limiting the foregoing, Connect²Treat ApS have the sole discretion, but not the obligation, to remove any User Content and accounts associated with such User Content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates this Section, is unlawful, violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, or otherwise is objectionable to Connect²Treat ApS. Further, should User Content be deemed illegal, Connect²Treat ApS will cooperate with the proper authorities, including but not limited to submitting all necessary information to them.

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Connect²Treat ApS.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.

Governing Law

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
